Otro caso mas: la vialidad del segundo piso en el tramo Coalcripto-Pasmns redujo la lateral de tres carriles a dos mini carrilitos a la altura de la SEDENA y luego a uno solo donde se ubica la Escuela Médico Militar, para poner las rampas de acceso y descenso la vialidad de pago. Pésima concepción del proyecto o tal vez contubernio (?)
